Our recent blog post on February, 12, 2020 regarding Bill 145, Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2019, has now been passed.  Bill 145 still needs final proclamation, and supporting regulations, particularly on personal real estate corporations before realtors are permitted to incorporate. However, we encourage realtors to reach out to one of our professionals. to discuss whether incorporation may be advantageous in their situation.
