Kelvin Lam joined Kraft Berger LLP in 2008 as a co-op student and became a partner in 2023. He has in-depth knowledge of accounting and assurance, personal and corporate income tax, and chairs the firm’s Standards Committee.

Kelvin specializes in accounting, assurance and advisory services for owner-managed businesses. He delivers timely and valuable responses to his clients and to proactively address their needs. He takes pride in assisting clients by providing practical solutions and value-added advice.

His areas of practice include:

• Advisory for professional corporations, including Medicine Professional Corporations
• Advisory for owner-managed businesses
• Audit and review for private companies
• Consulting and advisory on complex accounting issues for financial statements prepared in accordance with Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (“ASPE”) and International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”)
• Consults for other accounting firms on Quality Control and Standards compliance matters

Kelvin graduated with a Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo in 2011 and earned his CPA, CA designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2013. Outside of work, Kelvin enjoys playing basketball and is an avid sports fan.
